§ 10 Common questions
How much does a built-in home office cost?

It depends on the length of the wall, the desk type, the storage above it and the finish, and on whether a wall bed is included. The designer above shows an indicative range, and the fixed price follows the site measure.

Can the room still work as a guest room?

Yes. Add the queen wall bed. It folds into a cabinet that matches the desk wall, and opens in seconds.

Can a sit-stand desk be built in?

Yes. We build the desk around a motorized lift base and leave clearance for it to travel.

What if my room has a window on the desk wall?

Tell us in your notes. We draw the uppers around the window and keep the desk under it.

Where do you install?

Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. If you are somewhere else, send your design anyway and we will tell you whether we can take it on.
